Concept Development Study for the Roundabout at the Intersection of Phalanx Road and Campus Drive in the Township of Middletown
Monmouth County is advancing the concept development study for the roundabout at the intersection of Phalanx Road and Campus Drive located in the Township of Middletown. Campus Drive, a spine road through the Brookdale Community College property, provides access to the college from CR 520 (Newman’s Spring Road) and Phalanx Rd.
