Monmouth County is advancing the concept development of potential improvements along: County Route 14 (West Park Avenue) corridor, between Hope/Green Grove Road and County Route 15 (Monmouth Road); intersection of State Route 35 and Armstrong Boulevard; and intersection of Wyckoff/Shafto Road and Hope Road, located within the Township of Ocean and Boroughs of Eatontown and Tinton Falls.
