Employer Business Services
The Monmouth County Division of Workforce Development Employer Business Services provides free services to area businesses. The Business Services team works with local businesses to assist with their Human Resource needs including recruiting qualified workers, accessing industry and labor market information, and navigating County and State programs and services. The Business Services team can help a company that is already in business, just starting out, or expanding. Services include:
- Help with Recruitment
- Email Blasts of Job Openings to our database of over 8,300+ job seekers
- Hosting an Open House / Recruitment event in our office space
- Job Fairs-Industry Specific and/or All Inclusive Industries
- Business Spotlights to Fellow Businesses and Job Seekers
- Hiring Incentives for New Employees / On-The-Job Training
- Community Work Experience Program (CWEP)
- Workfirst New Jersey
- Incumbent Worker Training
- Literacy Training
