Monmouth County's "Fair and Open" Process
EFFECTIVE: February 23, 2006
The following resolution was adopted by the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners, and is applicable to all contracts following the County's "Fair and Open" RFP Process.

EFFECTIVE: July 11, 2013
Pursuant to resolution #2013-0537, dated July 11, 2013, acquisitions of architect and engineering services are now subjected to the County’s two-step solicitation and selection process. Other professional services will continue to be solicited via the existing “Fair and Open” RFP process.
