Monmouth County has undertaken a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy to help to guide and grow Economic Development in Monmouth County for years to come. We invite the public to review and comment on the document, available at this link. All comments must be received no later than December 15, 2013.

The Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders are pleased to announce the Grow Monmouth Façade Improvement Program. Businesses in HUD eligible areas (eligible areas are indicated in pink on the attached maps) can apply for a grant of up to $1,850 for a facade upgrade such as a new awning, paint, door or sign. There are no matching funds required, and the total project cost cannot exceed $1,850. For more information on this exciting program, go to the Grow Monmouth webpage.
