FINGERPRINT REQUIREMENT FOR A CONDITIONAL JOB OFFER
Effective immediately all applicants upon receipt of a conditional job offer, are responsible for the completion of the fingerprint process, which includes payment of fees, prior to a final job offer. If you have any questions, please contact the Personnel Department at 732-431-7300.
ONLINE INSTRUCTIONS
Before you begin, you will need to have the following available:
- A computer with access to the Internet;
- Connection to a printer;
- A credit card or checking account with routing information (Money orders are another acceptable form of payment, yet you will not be able to schedule an appointment via the web and your appointment will be delayed until the payment has been mailed and cleared by Sagem Morpho Inc.).
STEP ONE

Complete Questions 9 – 25 directly online and then print the form; (you will not be able to save the document).
You are required to bring this form with you to your scheduled appointment; otherwise you will not be fingerprinted.
STEP TWO
Click here to schedule your appointment via the web, with our vendor, Sagem Morpho, Inc.
You will be prompted to a data entry screen to complete a series of both personal and employer specific questions.
Refer to the information on the Fingerprint Form, to answer the Employer Specific Questions 1 – 7 and Question 26.
The information you enter on the data entry screen must match the information exactly as it appears on the Fingerprint Form, otherwise you will not be fingerprinted.
STEP THREE
What to bring with you to your appointment:
- Fingerprint Form – completed & printed in STEP ONE
- Valid Identification must include photo, name, address (home/employer) and date of birth. The ID must be issued by federal, state, county or municipal entity. The ID MUST meet all of the above requirements and MUST be present on one ID. Combinations of documents are NOT acceptable.
