Mission Statement

The Monmouth County Improvement Authority

Was established in 1986 by the Board of County Commissioners. Our mission has been to find cost saving alternatives to traditional methods of public finance. We believe we have met that goal as we have been able to provide over $1 billion in financing on behalf of municipalities, school districts, utility authorities and County facilities.

The Monmouth County Improvement Authority is constantly striving for innovative programs that will benefit the residents of Monmouth County.
