Code of Ethics
The Monmouth County Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct provides employees with guidelines on business ethics, professional conduct and the County's perspective on various controversial matters. It is the responsibility of every Monmouth County Employee to comply with this policy.
In addition, the Monmouth County Purchasing Division recognizes the National Institute of Government Purchasing(NIGP) Code of Ethics for Honest, Integrity and the Professional Conduct of the Public Procurement in Monmouth County.
Monmouth County Purchasing is a member in good standing of the following professional public procurement organizations:
