BOARD ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Our governing board is committed to providing more than a job training system. They are dedicated to ensuring a strong network of programs and services that empower Monmouth County job seekers, while offering businesses opportunities and valuable information. Our governing boards also have a mandate under the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act of 2014 to ensure that our economy continues to grow, as well as education, job training and workforce development system.

MEETINGS

Meeting minutes for all Board and Committee meetings are posted on this site for the convenience of members of the public. Anyone with an interest in workforce development issues is invited to attend any scheduled meeting of our Board and committees.

The WDB meets at 10 a.m. on the first Thursday of March, June, September and December.
