Development Regulations

Volume 1 of the Monmouth County Development Regulations was amended by the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners on May 28, 2026. The newly adopted regulations became effective August 1, 2026.

Volume II of the Monmouth County Development Regulations was adopted by the Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders on January 22, 2004 and became effective March 15, 2004.
