PLANT A ROW

PLANT A ROW (PAR) for the hungry is a people-helping-people, community-based program, launched in 1995, designed to assist in feeding the hungry in their own community.  Our Rutgers Master Gardeners plant, cultivate and harvest the garden through the growing season. All the produce is donated to Open Door food pantry in Freehold.  In 2008, 1,700 pounds of produce were produced!
