From the West:
Take Route 537 East into downtown Freehold
Turn left onto Court St. Turn right onto Lafayette St. for visitor parking.
From the East:
Take Route 537 West into downtown Freehold
Turn right onto Court Street. Turn right onto Lafayette St. for visitor parking.
From the North/Garden State Parkway:
Take the GSP to Exit 102 (Neptune) to Route 66 West.
After about 1½ miles, you will come to traffic circle.
Negotiate traffic circle, continuing on Route 66 West.
About a half mile west of circle, stay to the left and take Route 33 West.
Follow Route 33 for several miles, looking for Jerseyville Avenue
Bear right onto Jerseyville Avenue and continue to stop sign (South Street).
Make a right-hand turn onto South Street and follow to traffic light (Route 537).
Make a left and a quick right onto Court Street. Turn right onto Lafayette St. for visitor parking.
From the South:
Take the GSP to Exit 100B (Route 33 West)
After about 1½ miles, you will come to traffic circle.
Negotiate traffic circle, continuing on Route 66 West.
About a half mile west of circle, stay to the left and take Route 33 West.
Follow Route 33 for several miles, looking for Jerseyville Avenue
Bear right onto Jerseyville Avenue and continue to stop sign (South Street).
Make a right-hand turn onto South Street and follow to traffic light (Route 537).
Make a left and a quick right onto Court St. Turn right onto Lafayette St. for visitor parking.

From the East:
Take Route 537 West into downtown Freehold
Bear left onto Center St.
Bear right into the Market Yard parking lot, located behind the Clerk's Building.
From the West:
Take Route 537 East into downtown Freehold
Bear right onto South Street.
Bear left onto Mechanic Street. Parking is located behind the Clerk's Building, in the Market Yard lot.
From the North:
Take Route 18 South to Exit 22B (Rte. 537 West, Colts Neck Rd.)
Continue for approximately 2 miles; (There is no left turn at the lighted intersection).
Turn right at the sign and loop around under the overpass onto Kozloski Road South.
Turn right at the Burlington Road intersection.
The Human Services Building is located behind the Police Academy.
From the South:
Take Route 9 North
Turn right onto Route 79 North
Continue onto Route 33, turn right
Continue on Route 33 East
Bear right for jug handle to Kozloski Road
Turn left at Burlington Road. The Human Services Building is located behind the Police Academy.
From the East:
Take Rt. 537 West to Kozloski Road
Bear to the left to proceed onto Kozloski Road
Turn right into the Human Services Building, at Burlington Rd.The Human Services Building is located behind the Police Academy.
From the West:
Take Rt. 537 East
Turn right onto Kozloski Road
Turn right into the Human Services Building, at the Burlington Road intersection. The Human Services Building is located behind the Police Academy.
From the North:
Take Route 9 South
Bear to the left to exit for Schibanoff Lane
Cross over Route 9 onto Schibanoff Lane
Turn right on Waterworks Road. Turn right into the Correctional Institution.
From the South:
Take Route 9 North
Turn right onto Schibanoff Lane.
Turn right on Waterworks Road. Turn right into the Correctional Institution.
From the East:
Take 537 West
Continue on Main Street (still Route 537)
Turn right onto Court Street
Continue onto Court Street, it becomes Waterworks Road. Turn left into the Correctional Institution.
From the West:
Take 537 East
Continue into downtown Freehold on Main Street (still Route 537)
Turn left onto Court Street
Continue onto Court Street, it becomes Waterworks Road. Turn left into the Correctional Institution.
