Purchasing Department Receipt of Bids and Proposals "Day" Change Alert
Effective Wednesday, June 15, 2016, all Request for Proposals and Competitive Contracts will be received in Purchasing on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.
The receipt of Formal Bids will remain on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.
If a holiday falls on a Monday in any given week, the receipt of bids and proposals shall be adjusted accordingly to Wednesday and Thursday. All official notices and bid/proposal packets contain the bid receipt date and time and it is the responsibility of all bidders/vendors to be certain their submission arrives in Purchasing on time.
The Purchasing Division is responsible for the procurement of goods and services to carry out the functions of some 62 departments, divisions, and agencies of Monmouth County government.
