Objective:

MCDOT provides public and specialized transportation services for residents of Monmouth County through direct operation and contracted service; promotes and provides supportive services for public transit services in Monmouth County.
Method of Application: Call for information or reservations.
 

 

 

Fees/Donations:

  • $2.00 one-way for in county medical transportation.                                       
  • $3.00 one-way for educational facilities.
  • $5.00 one-way for out-of-county medical transportation.
  • Various rates for employment transportation and kidney dialysis transportation.
 

Eligibility Requirements: 		Senior Citizens (over 60), disabled and selected portions of the general public. Service in 5311(rural area) open to the general public.
 

Funding Sources:

 Fares, contributions, Federal, State and County grants.
